@Lowes WORST customer service and ordering experience ever. Still don't have my order from May 9th. I DO NOT recommend ordering online from LOWE'S. Called the store, they don't have it. DM Lowe's and a bunch of hot air. No action just trying to smooth over inadequacy.

@Lowes I sent a DM. When will I hear back? Will I get my item. Since I do not hear from Lowe's, I check the status online and I am still left disappointed. No update. Changes made without contacting me (the customer).

@maxpick @Lowes @LowesMedia Totally understand the poor unprofessional service. Had a negative experience in the store, and with sales person on the phone who tried the carge me more. I decided to order online. Lowe's delivered a cheaper version of what I ordered and did not follow their delivery time.

@Lowes I read the reviews before ordering and decided to go with the better reviews but my experience is similar to bad reviews. I was not called about the delay either but the insult to injury was the delivery of the wrong item (cheaper version) while I was at work. NOT GOOD!
