@RoyalMailHelp Some of ur delivery drivers need 2 be suspended. I’ve bn outside my house tracking d delivery cous it’s urgent, only 2 get a “can’t access address” update. Dey shld b required 2 snap and upload proof when an address is “not accessible,” just like when dey delivered

I am absolutely raging. 2 parcels sent 48hr tracked that have been stuck in Edinburgh since Tuesday. No updates to tracking and sent round in circles on the royal mail website!!!! Customer service is shocking. @RoyalMail #royalmail

@InPostUK so 2 parcels by Yodel by @InPostUK. 1 damaged & items lost stolen. The replacement also lost / stolen so eventually delivered by @RoyalMail. @DHLGlobal sent yesterday delivered today. Why does anyone use Yodel by @InPostUK you're an incompetant & untrustworthy IMHO.

Look at the address it will be slightly different from the original. Plus if you got as far as WhatsApp & search the number it will probably be from an area in Nigeria.
