@ffionmarie1999 @InPostUK It must be a much bigger issue than I thought! I sent 2 parcels on the 22nd and they are still sitting waiting to be collected. I was unable to scan but could enter tbe code. I went to a different locker last night and that one wouldnt scan either!

I am absolutely raging. 2 parcels sent 48hr tracked that have been stuck in Edinburgh since Tuesday. No updates to tracking and sent round in circles on the royal mail website!!!! Customer service is shocking. @RoyalMail #royalmail
