#Glacier melt measured at Konkordiaplatz today.
Massive loss also this year (right) but not as much as 2022 (left). Compared to long-term observations at this site between 1950-80 the acceleration of melting is tremendous!
So, no good year for beautiful Great Aletschgletscher...
