@OctopusEnergy What a pleasant surprise to receive a pup Connie in the post today. 🐕 dropped her lion and took an immediately interest in it. (Her original Connie is currently having a “spa day” aka a jolly good wash!) It will be great to have one out & one in the spa!

@O2 I understand Ofcom have said it has to be a fixed price, but can you not have it on a tiered scale? Nearly 25% for customers with a cheaper tariff is so unfair when those who pay more (so possibly have more money) only have to pay about 7% or less.

@O2 Please can you justify your blanket price increases? I’m expected to pay nearly 25% more in April when someone on a £25 a month tariff will only pay 7% more. How is that fair on your customers?

@O2 I understand you “have” to raise prices but to whack ALL customers with a flat fee of £1.80 a month cannot be fair, especially to ones with a cheaper tariff. This is nearly a 25% increase for me. How can that be justified?

@WhiteRoseEd My 10yo granddaughter has just started using your scheme at school. She came home the other day and said “I love Waitrose Maths!” It took me a while to work out she hadn’t been shopping! (I didn’t know they had changed schemes.) Seems like you’ve been renamed 🤣
