@SHO_Dexter hey so I actually need Scott Buck to tell me if there is a Harold and Maude/ Dexter and Lila parallel happening in S3 E4 or if I’m making that up.
Been watching MIDNIGHT MASS for the first time after someone oh here said it was good and yeah it rules, Hamish Linklater is totally bodying this role what an acting maniac
@FreddyInSpace Lewis Pullman + Makenzie Leigh were lovely but the dialogue was vacant, pacing ineffective, I felt like I was watching the Wish version of a Flanagan aesthetic - shiny eyes & all, and if the disjointed editing was a studio cut issue why did they keep shots like Mike eatin a pb&j?
Watching a movie about a lonely girl who ends up becoming prom queen! Really makes me believe that anything can come true 🥹 can’t wait to see how it all ends!!!
@mattakersmusic YES! From OFOTCN to (the underrated tbh) Exorcist III to a random Criminal Minds episode every performance is bizarre but grounded and and incredible. And his career is so prolific, while he’s never been a household name. But those who know know.
@hiitschappell I watched it and my god I am shooketh at the lack of media literacy - people see as far as the fact that it’s a skit on SNL and go “oh he’s making fun of her” when the comparison and it’s inherent empathy quite literally could not be more obvious
