@DrJessPotter Initially diagnosed as externa but was actually inner/middle ear. Also worth checking in a few days that it isn’t a fungal infection. Mine turned into a fungal infection and drops are awful but finally worked!

@DrJessPotter I had the same earlier this year! The only thing that helped was alternating heat and ice packs. Eventually one of my ear drums burst and the pain settled on that side! I feel for you as know how painful it can be especially with little one to look after too!
