Note to hospitals: please can deaf people have a way of finding out how a seriously ill relative is, which doesn’t involve getting random strangers to make very sensitive phone calls? Currently easier to teach unicorns to crochet
Note to airlines: if you require deaf people to make phone calls to contact you and the best you can offer is minicom, you are saying ‘just do all the adjusting so we don’t have to. Cos, um, data protection’. Don’t have a Tardis, can’t go back to 1998 and you’re breaking laws
