@FlySWISS never have I experienced such awful customer service on any airline. Robotic employees on the other end of the phone constantly telling me to raise a form. I keep raising forms for almost a week now & absolutely no response, no progress, nothing. Shocking
@vfsglobalcare absolutely no words for how frustrating and unfair this is. The severe financial implication because we can’t receive a visa within the expected time and not even sure when to change travel plans to. How can this be acceptable?!
@TicketmasterUK I genuinely do not understand how you operate. HOW did I join @taylorswift13 Liverpool queue with +- 2k ppl ahead of me THREE times today & could not get ONE ticket? Do you mean to tell me that you released 8000 tickets today each show with that stadium capacity?!
