@_alicebeer @twinmumto3 Yes, have been a Tesco delivery customer, for many years, but can’t get a slot to order food on her behalf as we have done in the past. Customer services won’t help, I’ve tried.

@_alicebeer @twinmumto3 Hartlepool, Cleveland. We are still trying to get her a slot, but fail every day. She didn’t have a supermarket account prior to Covid as she doesn’t even have a bank card, let alone internet. Tesco said if she had an account previously, she would be prioritised now. 😥 Thanks

@Tesco My mother-in-law (77) doesn’t have internet, so doesn’t have an online acc with you, we can’t get her a delivery slot. I’ve had an acc for years and am trying to do her shopping, but can’t get her a slot. I’m going to the shops to free my usual slot for people who need it!

Dear @Tesco @sainsburys @Asda, Why aren’t you reserving ALL delivery slots for people who can’t go to the shops? Been trying for days to get a slot for my elderly mother-in-law who lives 100 miles away. Staying up until midnight, checking regularly, no luck. Help! @_alicebeer
