About suicide. I sat around a table with professionals. Their take was you could make a safety plan but if people wanted to die, they would.
Whilst I can understand the viewpoint, I was astounded by how it protected the professional from having to think more creatively

What happens if a ward does agree to switch oxevision off for a patient? Well, they have no way of knowing if it’s been done because the light is on regardless

Millions of pounds are being spent on oxevision and this is the 'technology' turned to when patients want to opt out

I didn't take this phone out the pictures weren't where we were

I had a nice walk with the dogs and let them go at their pace and guide Me. When we found a quiet spot I sat and let them do their thing and did some breathing and mindfulness.

The clouds moving,the wind blowing the trees and the pigeons were only interrupted by the sounds of cars passing.There wasn't anything to smell so I grabbed a handful of grass & used the texture to ground myself &then we had a nice walk back with crunch of leaves beneath my feet

I have a witness that your manager said you'd see me at HOME daily for a week and then review it and involve social care so there is a proper discharge plan and ongoing care . Of course he denies it now but @CNWLNHS were present . It was her laptop she knows what you said

Both my brother and sister died by #suicide , they know the risk is there , yet because I’ve tried and failed for 10 years I have the capacity to make my choices . Well my choice is not to suffer with #chronicpain , bad thoughts and #isolation anymore. #depression wins

People, advocates etc are all trying to help me but the people who pull the strings just like to tighten them and then snap them at the right moment so I fall . Well that moment is now #mentalhealth #vent #sorry
