@GreenMotion absolute shocking behaviour from @GreenMotion who has deducted €580 from my account due to a “scratch” on my hire car, providing no evidence and ignoring all my calls with irrefutable evidence confirming no damage! Please can someone return my message asap!

@MyTrip what appaling customer service I have just had from @MyTrip! A flight I had booked with them was cancelled due to government travel restrictions put in place and they are refusing to refund or give me a credit. In fact after waiting 45 minutes, I was hung up on!!!

@CenterParcsUK I am being advised that Center Parcs is going to take my deposit because I failed to pay the remaining balance (I have been away on business and only received two emails reminding me!!). This is unacceptable!!! I still want to go on and can pay the remaining balance now I’m back!

@CenterParcsUK my booking seems to have been deleted from my online account (I need to pay remainder of balance but have been away). Can you advise what I need to do? It seems that I have lost my booking and deposit which can’t be right as I had insurance too??
