@AmericaPapaBear My husband and I shared a car when we had both our babies. It was normal. I’m not sure it became normal to not share cars? I also worked until the day I had both babies. People over the years seem to think this isn’t normal, but this has been normal and reality forever.

@askgodswill @VigilantFox Talk to a cardiologist. Sodium is not the enemy it is made out to be. PH married to a triple boarded physician. I heave read a lot of studies, food will help more (natural no seed oils or processed food), in addition to simply walking or other exercise.
