Crucially, it also covers existing conditions.

@Se_Railway at #charingcross & just saw 2 staff escorting an older man onto the train & chatting 2 him - the driver told him over the intercom to take his time when getting off & that he would look out for him. Not unusual for @Se_Railway staff - I have much kindness & respect
