Like many people (I'm on a lot of fan groups) I had tickets for #Eurovision2023, then @TicketmasterUK didn't process my payment several times and then timed me out. It was authorised by my bank app, so not an error there. A LOT of genuine and lifelong fans are disappointed today

@CooperativeBank Re a response to my review on TrustPilot - actually, no, it doesn’t say when you make a transfer that it could take up to CoB the next day - on either the app or your website. I checked. Two transfers are stuck. I’d call but I don’t have a spare two hours today

@CooperativeBank Thanks Jack - I didn’t get a text about the first payment at all, and then got a text about the second payment at 9.20am, which I replied to straight away. Both transfers were done last night. Still nothing has come through from either payment. I will send a DM now.
