@ONT_Dad I did the math! 1 class set of 32 physics tests takes me ~8 hrs to mark (15 min/test). I teach 3 classes & give 8 tests every semester ... 8x3x8=192 hrs of marking/semester (done at home) Now add in quizzes, labs/assignments, lesson prep, photocopies, calls home, meetings ...
