This was such an important opportunity to platform the needs of workers across the greater outdoor retail industry! We’re incredibly grateful that we had this chance to sit down with leaders in Congress and share our story. We’ve seen first hand how important it is to have strong labor law protecting workers’ rights to organize.

During the 2024 legislative session that ended in March, Washington State lawmakers could’ve given these Boeing machinists leverage and security by extending unemployment insurance to striking workers. Hopefully we don’t make the same mistake in 2025.
