@naomicfisher @andreac60768629 My daughter’s school just has a uniform, it doesn’t specify whether it’s for boys or girls. It’s just a black jumper, white shirt and black trousers or a skirt. The vast majority of girls however chose to wear skirts. So I think it’s more of a society influence.

@BarristerSecret I really don’t understand what all the fuss is about. Just because he represented them, it doesn’t mean he has the same beliefs. When I was a solicitor I represented murderers, rapists etc and I never agreed with what they’d done, but they have the right to representation!

@CrimeGirI @MAMBarLife When I was a solicitor a client told me to call the 15-year-old complainant ‘a little slag’. I refused and explained it wouldn’t be in his best interests to do that. He then complained to the partners!

@Otto_English I live on a main road in Wales that has a 20mph limit. There’s often emergency vehicles clearly driving faster than 20mph on their way to an incident, as they should. The issue is that a lot of cars are completely ignoring the 20 mph limit.
