@AldiUK a couple of weeks ago I really didn't think I'd have to tweet AGAIN to say you are STILL utterly useless. My hot tub, ordered more than 6 weeks ago, has still not been delivered. The rain arrives tonight.
How can you NOT have a strategy for when things are going wrong??

@clarefair @shirlmb @AldiUK I got mine in the end. It actually arrived at nearly 10pm on a Sunday night!!!! Had to ring and email everyday for over 3 weeks. I think #xpd are just in a complete mess. The 2 that delivered mine were brought from another warehouse to help sort the mess out

‘When I had requested a refund/chargeback with Aldi previously; they told me that they weren’t able to give back refunds like that!’ Funny, how it only happened, after days of calls & emails from me.
