‘When I had requested a refund/chargeback with Aldi previously; they told me that they weren’t able to give back refunds like that!’ Funny, how it only happened, after days of calls & emails from me.

@AldiUK Rang Aldi again today…. how many more ‘72hrs’ - do you surmise, I will have to wait before you to get a response from XDP. Delivery should have been on 18/7. That’s 720 hours to my reckoning ……

@clarabellebs @AldiUK Had the same conversation today with Aldi. 1st he said a refund would take 48 hrs for XDP to notify them +10 days more. Then it was 10 days from today. When called out, said it was a mistake - it’s 1st one -thanked me for pointing it out. More chat - back to 10 for refund 🤬

Did have some joy when I emailed Aldi on this email [email protected] though. They sent me an apologetic reply with a reassurance that they have given XDP the deadline of 1/8 and that they will contact me then.🤞🏻Let’s wait & see..

@clarabellebs @AldiUK My order was for a ‘hot tub’ 🤬…. missed the nice weather- it probably won’t surface until Autumn, if at all. Debating to request a refund now -sad really!!!
Legally after 30 days they have to return your money.
XPD are atrocious

@AldiUK Where is my hot tub???? Bought on 12/7 still not delivered by XDP Delivery. Rang Aldi twice - as you cannot contact XPD… was told that by today, I should have some news. Now if I request a refund; it will take 10 days from Aldi receiving notification from XPD- 🤷‍♀️
