@AvantiWestCoast. Hi I have this train booked today but its not available on the journeys when we were checking trains home today. There's a 11:10 and an 11.35 train, the latter taking 3 hours... can you advise which we meed to take?

@AvantiWestCoast i have a train booked Wigan North Western to London Euston at 18.10 today - website says we can get any train train tomorrow- looks like early trains are booked up on the app, do we need to book or just turn up? Please can you advise?

@virginmedia Yes. Its working on my phone now but not on the tv. I think its just having a moment 🙈

@virginmedia I rang and it went to a message stating "if this is a call relating to Facebook etc* then this is a third party issue and not us" this is not the issue, unable to use Internet and load Web pages

@virginmedia absolutely livid that I'm having to come back onto Twitter to complain about the SAME issue i had 2 months ago. Imagine trying to do your job and being booted off the internet every 15 minutes #frustrated

@virginmedia Ironically I've rang a few times but due to having to do WiFi calling because of bad signal in my area... the call drops after some time 🙈

@virginmedia VERY frustrating trying to sort an intermittent WiFi problem, broken communication trying to fix an ongoing problem. Anyone else had the same issues.

@virginmedia No broadband issues from that teat, definitely is, all devices stopped about 2 minutes ago (even after reset)
