@AirMalta hi , we're due to fly out to Edinburgh via Ámsterdam tomorrow morning. However, I have just realised that the names of two of the group do not tally with the names on the passport. Can you please let me know how i can change the details?

@AirMalta Hi good afternoon. I'm travelling to Malta from Edinburgh via London Heathrow. Here in Edinburgh, it appears that we have a delay. Flight leaves at 620pm, last i checked, instead of 535pm. This means that we we will get to Heathrow at 750, if we're lucky.

@KLM Couldn't wait in Edinburgh as all my lodgings have been paid for in advance. What am I supposed to do? How will you remedy this situation? When will my luggage arrive? I want it back , and I want it now, before any more days pass by. I expect a positive reply to complaint.

@KLM Apparently my sister's baggage has been located. How will that be delivered?
Have you located my baggage which included my aunt's walking wheels? So far I've heard nothing about this. I need to know ASAP.
Also, sending text messages in Dutch doesn't really help the situation!

@KLM I do have the required number. We received only my sister's... Hence why i told you that my baggage will forever be lost!
I would greatly appreciate if you could send my baggage ASAP.

@KLM So whilst i thank you for reimbursing the cost if basics, please nire that clothes, underwear, etc are also basics.
I will be in the isle of skye tomorrow late afternoon. Will my luggage be delivered there for me?

@KLM Thank you for your reply. I hope you realise that its not just toiletries ( including my eyecabs face creams) but also my clothes. I'm not in the habit of wearing the same clothes after having worn them for a whole day, be it travelling or spending the day.

@KLM i am totally livid at KLM Airlines. You've manage to spoil my holiday! My luggage was not loaded in transit from Schiphol to Edinburgh. Now i am stuck without clothes, toiletries shoes,..... And I'm in the Highlands... !
