1. I bought a phone on Tuesday £750 And paid next day delivery. The phone never arrived. I got no emails. You debited my account twice. When I called to investigate, after 25 minutes on hold to finance, they then just hung up?

@HotpointUK @BChurchill_ We’ve have had the same issues. Aborted visits, and then 4 visits where they couldn’t mend the tumble dryer. Can’t get through on the phones, you just get cut off. Same on their live chat. And on twitter DMs just repeating the same twaddle. Reported to watchdog and which?.

@HotpointUK @MrRutterford2U I’ve had the same. Just been fobbed off again with a visit in 10 days after a cancelled visit. Why can’t you get your act together Hotpoint? It’s been 6 weeks!
