@DandG_Global it’s been 8 weeks since I bought a plan to fix my dishwasher and I’ve had 3 cancelled visits, 2 incompetent engineers, one of which left a huge fire risk on a bodge job to fix my machine. Just tried to cancel but apparently your systems are down - it’s awful CS!

@clareskitchenuk @HotpointUK This is shocking @HotpointUK - how can you run a business like this. Shocking customer service and incompetent staff who don’t know what they’re doing. Our engineer left a piece of plastic bubble wrap on the electrical board which is a huge fire risk and didn’t spot the leak!
