@SeaStartLtd Amazing service yesterday from your engineer Rob when we ground to a halt off the IOW coast. He was with us in under an hour despite it being really busy, was cheerful and kind, really knowledgeable and got us started again within 10 mins. A knight in a yellow boat!

A systematic review of research on workplace breaks shows that:
1) Regular micro breaks can be better than longer breaks
2) Outdoor breaks & fresh air are better than indoor breaks
3) Scrolling social media is the most common break type but it creates emotional exhaustion
4) Spending a break with a furry companion is beneficial

@Coronation2023 I have - very misleading email. I was so excited and then so sad when I couldn’t get what I had seemingly ‘won’! Although reading it again it does say that they are on a first come first served basis it clearly said that I had until 12md on 27th before they were reallocated 😭😭
