@billy1831@SimonCalder An internal flight within Schengen zone does not require EES as youre already within the Schengen border. Have just travelled by air from Italy to Romania, no EES requirement, or border checks of any kind in either direction.
@JBCVAT@SimonCalder ETIAS was always deferred until at least 6 months post EES being implemented. This was to allow time for EES to become fully deployed, before ETIAS visa requirement commence.
@CitoyenBrexile@SimonCalder@sTeamTraen This is a Schengen zone issue, not a Brexit issue. Pre-Brexit, UK was not & did not intend to be in Schengen zone. Not all EU countries are Schengen(Cyprus, Ireland). The Brexit aspect was a choice made by Johnson Govt who opted for UK to become a third country status post-Brexit
@beeholepodcast@HorrocksDavid A very good episode. There are no easy games, not even in crown green bowling!! Thanks to Dave Horrocks who I worked with at Pendle Forest before his Bury days. Great insights from DH, a worthy addition to the pod & maybe more down Harry Potts Way. Let's see what summer brings
@beeholepodcast From what we can see in the available field, Liam Rosenior. Felt he was harshly treated at Hull, did well at Strasbourg, style of play is progressive, posession based, but not fixed to one way of playing. Hopefully he'd also clear the coaching staff out, a fresh backroom needed.
@SimonCalder@seatsixtyone Travelling around Europe by train is great value and experience. As usual, UK costs of getting to Europe by train or ferry are increasingly prohibitive, so fly to Europe then enjoy the trains. Having just covered 6 capitals in 8 days it was hassle free, thanks to @seatsixtyone
@WTB7297 1-1. The very same useless pundit on commentary just said of Flemmings goal. He doesn't use his instep or his laces, he just went for placement. Must have backheeled it then from 20 yards.
@matt_scrafton Indeed Havertz was very fortunate to only receive ayellow, whilst we were not when Zaroury caught Kyle Walker and received a red; arguably a less wreckless challenge #twitterclarets
@seatsixtyone For anyone travelling from Berlin Hbf to Prague, there is a rail replacement in operation at Dresden. Not the easiest to find bus the stop is to the left to the Flix bus station as you exit the main train station. Turn left, 100mtrs, yellow bus stop.
@seatsixtyone Thanks to your wonderful web site, we have just left Berlin HbF and on our way to Prague via Dresden. Berlin HbF is one of the cleanest, impressive stations I have the pleasure of travelling through & had a very good pianist as well.
@tonywbrown@SimonCalder Just been through Berlin Brandenburg airport. Clean, modern, even the EES caused minimal delay. So instead of considering Berlin, you can safely add Manchester T3 to the list. Scruffy, expensive & a poor experience, time after time.
@Padiham_FC@ChaddertonFC Massive respect to Chadderton despite their disappointment. Less so the many drinking supporters who left glasses and cans strewn all around the stadium leaving a significant litter pick to the volunteers.
@stevewilkes1 Wish you well Steve in a well earned retirement after such an enjoyable period managing the various clubs you've been with. I enjoyed our time at Padiham and the memorable promotion season. Now time to continue enjoyment with your family.

It is concerning. Our incremental debt continues to increase under ALK who opt for increased borrowings loading the Club with increased debts & levels of interest payable. So currently, we are dependent on PL levels of broadcast revenue & saleable assets.
@slbsn These are BFC's 24/25 accounts. My understanding is that the case was ongoing and no settlement reached when these accounts closed.
Should there not though be a note added to the accounts regarding either sum expected if won, or the legal fees incurred if the case is lost?
