Today is VE day. Victory in Europe in 1945. We are losing WWII veterans and their collective memories. However, their service shall never be forgotten.
@Intl_Relations0 The suicide is an unquestionable tragedy. Also, please take a moment to prey for the wellbeing of the witnesses and emergency personnel. They're human and experience the tragedy in their own ways.
In Canada, there’s a couple with sleep apnea and a cat who has been looking after them for 6 years… 🐾❤️
Every night, it quietly goes to them; first checking the mother, making sure she’s okay, then moving on to the father. One night, when the father doesn’t respond for a long time, the little paw tries to wake him… As if sensing something is wrong.
Finally, when the man wakes up, the cat relaxes and, after making sure everything is fine, curls up between them and sleeps. 😮💨
That’s why… they’re not just pets, they’re truly part of our family ❤️🥺
@OGdukeneurosurg I had a similar complaint filed against me. I had reported for work right after finishing organic chemistry lab. I was doing the Grignard reaction which uses an alcohol reaction. That person's complaint became a tremendous nightmare for me. One complaint literally gave me PTSD.
@SelfDefenseDIY I'm sorry to say, your left hand is not going to force flex his elbow. Sorry, even for two people of equal strength it wont work. This move is for movies, not real life. The figure 4 technique used at the end is great, I teach it all the time.
@Enquirer Are they going to re-connect Jefferson Ave? It was cut off when the building was built. Are they going to give back the properties they took by imminent domain? People lost homes when it was built.
@Daffydre2 The title of the movie is fortress of war. It is russian, with subtitles. I have not see an English translation. I love to watch Russian war movies and this one is based on a true story. The defense of Brest Fortress in the very first days of the German Invasion of Russia.5 stars
Three months of lifting at least once a day, usually twice leading up to surgery paying off.
30 days after surgery and less than two weeks after getting off crutches.
Surgeon told her to get stronger before surgery and it will help post surgery.
Well done @MorganArmbrust3
This image is interesting. They appear to show someone with strobe glasses on catching a type of Marsden ball. Well done endorsing NeuroVisual Training.
