We need to do an alter call for Zimbabwe ๐ฟ๐ผ, the state our country is in, is really heart breaking, all I can do is pray and cry out to God .Lord please remember. Zimbabwe ๐ฟ๐ผ @
@CrimeWatchZW Animal farm, Zimbabwe is not for the weak. You wake up everyday working for a government which is paying a slight fraction yet those who are in the top flashes money like it's easy to get.
How utterly stupid and foolish for the Zimbabwean government to walk away from a $367M deal that would save lives and support 1.2 million people on HIV treatment. This is pure self-inflicted harm. The citizens stay poor and sick because the leaders only approve deals that personally enrich them anything else gets rejected as โsovereignty threat.โ What a shameful, heartless betrayal of the people. ๐ฟ๐ผ deserves better leaders."
The fact that the Zimbabwean government is rejecting a $367M offer just for a stunt is astounding.
They don't have a solid plan or an alternative to support the healthcare system.
It's tragic, they won't meet healthcare demands, yet they reject help. This is just unnecessary ego.
I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to my brother & former friend @daddyhope l unfairly criticised him and bashed him while defending the opposition, l now realise that most of the things he said at that time were sensible and I was out of touch with the reality. If 178,000 Zimbabweans on ZEP lose their status overnight, South Africaโs economy will feel it hard.
Construction, hospitality, logistics and domestic work will suffer labour gaps, VAT and spending will drop, and many will be pushed into the informal economy.
It would hurt South African workers, businesses and the fiscus.
The irony of life is that most people calling for the ZEP visa to be withdrawn have no idea of the devastating impact it would have on the South African economy. Fortunately, the political elites understand what it means.
That is why they keep renewing it. They know that if they were to bow to populist ignorance, South Africa would face massive, massive, massive, massive economic problems.

This is the Politburo meeting of today! A high decision making board ( dare guru reNYIKA) & ED is making crucial decisions about our country in the absence of both his VPs ! What a shame ๐ณ Zvigananda are misleading ED !
@ZimDaily I guess with the same logic heaven should resemble a pauper's dungeon where poverty and lack are representation of a humble God. Imagine a father who owns the whole world who wants his children to live like street kids to show humility. Ini baba vakadaro handivade ini.
