The joys of commuting... I was on the 7.45 from St Albans, but we were booted off as there was a problem with the train. And now I'm missing a train from platform 3 as we weren't advised. Oh, Thameslink...

@LNER Not good enough. We were all told to get back on the train and we have done exactly that. Appreciate the suggestion but that option is no longer feasible. This is ridiculous.

Fuming doesn’t cover it. @LNER can you please tell me why I and about 18372 other passengers on the 16.45 Leeds to Peterborough were told to change at Newark for a connection to London X for a train that doesn’t exist?! Half the carriage got off - what’s going on?!
