Part of my brief included running two floor maltings (three day direct fired kilns) and flavour was superb, although you could tell by taste which

@Churchillcroc @Natures_Voice @NorfolkWT They’re regular visitors, I’ve got a nest box in my neighbours little belt of trees across the meadow behind my house, after I ejected the Jackdaw eggs the owls went on to hatch 3 and fledge two young this year (3 last year)
