@TWBFarms I am not a fan of RT, at least it attempts to raise standards and use safe production methods. The fact is that the mills we supply are too eager to import cheap inferior products which are blended with UK cereals, hence why you can't find RT bread

Preventing pesticide use in store through proactive monitoring as well as reducing any reliance on fossil fuels for grain drying would be a massive positive for carbon reduction. Reducing waste is a positive (grain separation)

Cheap food is a very positive public good and anything which helps keep food production costs low whilst improving

@hanslope @DefraGovUK John We would look towards separation tech, laboratory equipment such as protein, (also protien analyser on combines) hagberg analyser, (lab flour grinder to go with these), grain screening testing sieves, colour sorters, gravity tables. (Ability to purchase 2nd hand)
