I completely second this. At our wits end with @DunelmUK now. We ordered a product delivered to our home on the 26th December and still no sign of it. We’ve been in contact to ask for a refund and they’re asking us to WAIT even longer?!

My advice would be to avoid ordering online from @DunelmUK who use Evri

Big problems in supply chain

Dunelm demand that having paid for goods you wait 5 days past promised delivery date before you can contact them for a refund

Then call wait time is horrendous
