4. this one time, there was no staff at 11 pm and the bartender was bringing the food in the room.
5. the food was overall so bad. breakfast- raw food and other times, no salt.
6. there wasn’t a menu in the room. we had to look at zomato for that.

tldr; customer service is absolutely awful. even the staff is visibly frustrated. it is reflected in their behaviour and their tone.
