For the first time in a long time I didn’t check in on the biz over the weekend one time. Every fire was put out and everything was handled by the VAs w/out any input. Just played golf and chilled. Felt good to see things work
A monthly client back in sept had to cancel due to family turmoil. We always did a great job and they said they’d be back. They called today asking for the price and then said “we’re getting a few other quotes”. Like brother, don’t even bother calling back
@jussychecker Honestly a client vibe check. Any Red flags = cancel. If normal, tell them we do this for every client and assure them there’s nothing to worry about. Offer Zelle, venmo, or link to add card themselves. Or that we will call day of clean to get card info.
I genuinely can’t understand anyone under the age of 40 being fearful to add their card for payment. Do they seriously not pay for anything online ever?
@SMBMoneyMike@robertodjg Bro how can she believe there’s a nearly $400 pay discrepancy. BK literally tells them how much they are getting paid each clean. Is she illiterate?
@SMBMoneyMike For sure in undergrad they don’t teach much which is why it’s important to be selective with your major. I still think everything outside the classroom is so valuable in undergrad. It’s definitely what you make of it
The text was from Sunday for an interview Monday.
Prospective cleaner never texted so I never called and just now tried to call today. You’re two days too late…
Before every interview I tell the prospective cleaners to text me 15 minutes before so I know they are available and ready and that if I don’t get a text, I will not call
Two prospective cleaners that seemingly had good experience didn’t text then wondered why I didn’t call
We have had an absolutely brutal month of May with cancellations and they still have not stopped as we enter into June.
Somehow we still hit ATH last month.
Close to 10k in cancellations with ~95% of them citing financial issues.
By far the most cancellations we’ve faced yet
