@financebro21 @ManyBeenRinsed Depends on segments in RE. Housing shortage is real. Good houses (by size, neighbourhood and type) are and will be in short supply. Speculative investments in RE won’t give good returns but blanket house prices “free” fall 4 yrs doesnt seem a possibility. Most new built are crap!
