I have been stating, with facts and figures, who was behind the Tronglaobi incident, who was responsible for attacking the CRPF camp, attacking the Assam Rifles convoy, burning down their vehicle, attacking the RAF team, and who supplied petrol bombs, kerosene bombs, projectile guns, slingshots, liquor, and drugs to those radicalised protesters — and what their intentions were and who benefits from this.

Slowly but steadily, the people who were responsible are coming into the public domain and exposing themselves.

Nongthombam Rajendro, brother of Nongthombam Biren Singh @NBirenSingh, even threatened Awonba Manipur to apologise within three days.

If a helicopter was reportedly kept on standby by the Manipur Transport Department and medical arrangements were pre-positioned at RIMS for the two Tangkhuls allegedly backed by NSCN-IM who came to attack the #Mullam-Songphel Kuki village, it raises grave questions about state neutrality and possible prior knowledge.
Why were state resources seemingly prepared for those linked to an armed group allegation, while Kuki civilians in the targeted village were left vulnerable? If authorities had advance anticipation of violence, why was there no equal preventive deployment to stop the attack and protect innocent lives?
Why was such high-level logistical support arranged in advance if this was merely a spontaneous clash? Why were emergency medical systems activated beforehand unless authorities anticipated violence? These actions create a strong perception that the #StateGovernment was not neutral, but prepared to facilitate one side while the victims were left exposed.
In any democratic setup, the government’s duty is to prevent violence, protect civilians, and act impartially—not appear aligned with aggressors. When state resources seem mobilized in anticipation of an attack, public trust collapses.

WHO BENEFITS FROM CREATING A COMMON ENEMY THROUGH THE UNC PLATFORM, AND WHO IS PAYING THE ULTIMATE PRICE?

Even the common people of Kamjong and Ukhrul districts are starting to lose faith in the NSCN-IM’s Nagalim project. The people of Nagaland are completely tired of the NSCN-IM leadership and its interference in their day-to-day life.

Robert Thiumai rightly pointed out that "Tangkhuls are not even Nagas, and they must stop using the UNC platform to create war for Nagas."

Taking advantage of the already volatile situation within his own Tangkhul community, Mr. Sword Vashum, President of the Tangkhul Naga Long (TNL), convinced the UNC to save the NSCN-IM’s image — positioning his brother, VS Atem, as the next _numero uno_, considering the fragile health of the aging Thuingaleng Muivah.

That ignited the NSCN-IM’s killing spree. One can see that the pattern of the TM Kasom massacre was quite similar to the Hongbei Massacre, where four members of another NSCN faction were brutally murdered at Hongbei Junction.

The daily attacks on innocent, unarmed civilians at Mongkot Chepu, Thawai Kuki, and Shangkai, and the torture and killing of Thangboimang Khongsai and Thengin Baite, followed a similar pattern.

Their killing spree didn’t stop there, even after murdering their own. The attack on Mulam Kuki Village, which had nothing to do with NSCN-IM factional leadership, was brutal — several people were injured, lives were lost, and many houses were razed.

Those Tangkhuls who went to attack Mulam Village also paid a heavy price. Many are still nursing their injuries at RIMS Hospital in Imphal.

The question is: Will any parents from Chandel, Senapati, and Tamenglong sacrifice their loved ones just to save the Vashum family’s image?

​(Turning an internal family feud into a neighborhood conflict)

​Due to the confusion surrounding the failure of the Framework Agreement led by Tangkhuls within the NSCN-IM, anger led to a split, and the NSCN-EF faction was formed in July 2024. Since the emergence of NSCN-EF, territorial disputes over "taxation" (extortion) areas with NSCN-IM led to ongoing tensions. On Saturday, March 28, 2026, NSCN-IM forces ambushed a group of NSCN-EF at the Hongbei village junction, killing four NSCN-EF cadres.

​Fearing that the Tangkhul community would tear itself apart, the Tangkhul Naga Long (TNL) tried their best to mediate, but they failed. During this time, NSCN-EF ambushed an NSCN-IM group near TM Kasom village, in which two Tangkhul civilians were killed. Sword Vasum (President of TNL and brother of VS Atem), unable to fulfill his duties effectively, explicitly accused the Kukis despite what was seen with his own eyes and declared a 3-day total shutdown in Naga areas.

​In the early morning of April 24, 2026, immediately following the end of the total shutdown, Tangkhul narco-terrorists launched an attack on Mulam Kuki village. In the ensuing gunfight, two Kuki volunteers were killed, one Tangkhul narco-terrorist died, and another was severely injured.

​In a democratic country, these Tangkhul "diabols" (devils) who follow socialist and satanist movements-people who hide behind a Christian exterior while harboring devilish thoughts-are continuously carrying out acts of violence. To claim that the two injured NSCN-IM members who attacked Mulam Kuki village are "innocent civilians" is a lie typical of the Tangkhul "Chinthi" (deceptive) race.

​Hey, you Tangkhuls! Solve your internal family wars within your own family. Why are you dragging your neighbors into it? Because of the "Chinthi" gene inherited from your elder brother, the Meitei, you younger brothers-the Meitei people-have also become experts in burning houses and deception. In Galatians 6:7, it says, "What you sow, so shall you reap." Is this Bible verse not taught in Tangkhul churches?

​In the 1992-97 genocide committed by the Tangkhul-led NSCN-IM against the Kukis, a Tangkhul journal wrote: "Heaven (Swargo) is for the Kukis, but this world (Shangshar) belongs to us Tangkhuls." That statement has not been forgotten to this day.

​Hey, Tangkhul pastors! Teach your congregations 2 Chronicles 20:1-30. When God's judgment arrives, you Tangkhuls will turn from "HERO to ZERO," mark my words!

Manipur : Joint Militant Presence in Ukhrul Poses Serious Security Threat

The Kuki CSO Working Committee, Ukhrul, is gravely concerned by credible reports of 50+ Meitei Arambai Tenggol militants stationed in Sikibung, coordinating with Tangkhul militant elements.

Villages Sareikhong, T.M. Kasom, Leingangching, Sikibung,Sinakeithei & Thoyee are being used as joint militant bases. This points to an organized threat to civilian safety.

On 24th April, the villages of Mullam, Leplen, and others were attacked by NSCN-IM cadres, and the level of firepower used was significantly high. By the afternoon, one village had been burnt, and two Kukis succumbed to bullet injuries. A mother carrying her baby was hit; the bullet passed through the child before striking the mother. One inch deeper, and the child would have died. The mother is currently in critical condition, and about five others have sustained multiple injuries.

What is shocking is that the Tangkhuls were allegedly using government-supplied bullets typically used by the Manipur Police. The Tangkhuls reportedly dropped some of these packets while retreating. This raises a serious question: is the Manipur Police supplying them? If so, this is a grave issue. Another possibility is that Biren Singh��s militia, Arambai Tengol, could be the source, as they are believed to still possess thousands of looted arms and ammunition. The Meiteis have largely failed to penetrate the Kuki Hills, and there appears to be a sense of frustration among them. They have historically courted the Tangkhuls whom they consider kinsmen to fight alongside them. Biren Singh is allegedly angered following his removal, and the possibility of Arambai Tengol working with the Tangkhuls is being speculated. Regardless, the use of government ammunition in attacks on civilians is something that investigative agencies cannot overlook.

Another disturbing development is that those injured among the Tangkhuls during the attack were reportedly airlifted to Imphal. Who authorized this, and who facilitated it? This raises further concerns about possible involvement or complicity within the Manipur government. Is Khemchand tacitly supporting the Tangkhuls on one side while preaching peace to the Kukis on the other? Nemcha may be misled, but the Kuki public is watching closely.

This situation reinforces the perception that, regardless of who comes to power in Manipur, meaningful change may remain elusive. In such an environment, it may become increasingly difficult for Kukis to coexist with the Manipuri Nagas and Meiteis. Some may argue that it is time to consider carving out a separate Kuki-Zo area, allowing different communities to live peacefully in their own regions.
