Can’t thank the staff enough on @jet2tweets flight LS545 today. Flying with 1 year old twins is hard, but the crew did absolutely everything to make our flight comfortable, especially the gent with the beard (sorry, didn’t get his name). A credit to the company 😁👌

@_Metrocentre is there anywhere within the building that has changing facilities and a toilet big enough for a double pram? My partner couldn’t find anywhere yesterday. Changing room was fine, but no toilet big enough for double pram. Any help appreciated 🤞

@mikebrewer Mike, you need to go into the account settings and log each device out individually, then change your password and set up two factor authentication. If you just change the password, it won’t work as they are already logged in.

Another successful night of testing @My_Metro’s new fleet of trains, this time on 555003! This is the first night shift I’ve worked where we’ve taken the train to #StJames and around the coast, doesn’t it look great on the platforms!

Visited the @_Metrocentre branch of @nextofficial and was assisted by a superstar of a staff member called Denise. She made a stressful experience of buying a suit into a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble, from helping me pick a style, finding the size in the warehouse 1/2

@robabbey250 @vernalscott You’re completely missing the point. I don’t want to watch the BBC, it’s programming doesn’t interest me, but I’ve got to pay it by law to watch other free to air channels. Are people forced to pay for Netflix that don’t use it? Of course not. Why should I pay for the BBC then?

@robabbey250 @vernalscott If the BBC is that brilliant, make it a subscription service and see how it does financially compared to the others. I shouldn’t be forced to pay a licence fee so I can watch TV, when I don’t watch BBC content. It’s ridiculous and archaic

@BuDs_UK @My_Metro Yes, the same as the old trains which are also level boarding. The new trains also have a sliding step at every door to bridge the gap between the train and platform

I was proud to be part of the team that took delivery of the very first new @My_Metro train this morning! 🚇 Old met new, when 4 metro cars were used to tow the new train back to Gosforth Depot. Now for some well earned sleep 😴

@TyneSnapper The heating normally only works on one side of the carriage. If it’s cold at one end, it’s almost guaranteed to be warm on the other. The heating will be on, but it is very temperamental in some of the metro cars. I hope this helps
