@HubbleAJ We were told exactly the same. Guy on phone basically said because we’d booked in store, our refund application has gone to head office and there is nothing we can do apart from wait. If we’d booked online he could have helped us!

@TUIUK ABSOLUTE FUCKING JOKE. Spent 2 weeks ringing approx 30 times daily. Today I eventually get through to the hold line. 1 hr 48 mins later I get to speak to someone who tells me I just need to be patient. Can’t tell me when I’ll get my refund. Holiday cancelled 7 1/2 wks ago!
