🚨 TENÍA 15 AÑOS CUANDO EL RÉGIMEN LO SENTÓ FRENTE A UNA COMPUTADORA PARA “SEMBRARLE” UN CASO DE TERRORISMO

Hoy lo excarcelan tran casi 16 meses. Lo habían acusado de terrorismo y espionaje.

Enyerberth Porras fue detenido junto a toda su familia la madrugada del 25 de marzo de 2025, en un allanamiento del CICPC en San Cristóbal, Táchira.

Según la denuncia familiar, lo obligaron a sentarse frente a un computador y simular un delito informático, para acusarlo luego de terrorismo, delitos informáticos y asociación para delinquir. Nunca hubo pruebas públicas en su contra.

Un tribunal de San Cristóbal le otorgó libertad condicional. Un fiscal de Caracas anuló esa decisión y ordenó su traslado a la capital.

Cumplió 16 años preso, recluido junto a presos comunes en distintos centros de reclusión, según denunció su familia.

Su madre y hermana permanecieron detenidas en Caracas; su padre, en Coro, Falcón.

El Foro Penal confirmó su excarcelación.
