@AndrewN82@BritishGas Hi Andy, I had the exact same issue with British gas. Got absolutely nowhere on the online chat and over the phone. In the end I had to report it to the financial ombudsman, they were really helpful and sorted it within a week and got a small amount of compensation too.
@srarachl Have a think about what you could potentially achieve, maybe it could be your new year's resolution. Also, you've made it through 2025. That's an achievement in itself!

Yes tickets arrived yesterday! Had an email through from viagogo saying the tickets were ready. Gave us a link then to transfer the tickets over to Ticketmaster.
You should be fine! Just may come a couple of days before
