How is it @Telstra that i can be overseas with roaming not working AND no access to your call centre (ability to speak to a real human being) to fix the situation for two days? How is it possible on 2022 that there’s NO customer service available on the weekends? #badservice

For the record, four days later, WE ARE STILL NO CLOSER TO FINDING OUT WHEN OUR MATTRESS WILL ARRIVE. That’s now 91 days and counting, @Freedom_Au! I wonder if anything will change by the time we get to 100 days?!? 🤔

Here’s a story about our @Freedom_Au mattress dream… On 10/2 we ordered a king mattress at Freedom Fyshwick. inventory showed that there was a ready made one in stock and it would likely be delivered within a week. 12 weeks on we’re still “dreaming” of getting our mattress. A🧵

Pretty appalling to be in @AuKmart’s Airport West store and seen not a single member of staff following @VicGovDH Health Advice. Literally all of the 10 staff I saw were either not wearing a mask or were wearing it around their chin…. Anything to say @AuKmart?
