@NicolaEMDoc@TermaGroup Several years on but same issue: did lots of research and yet only saw *after* installation that Terma Blueline app is useless. Are there any further updates on way, as otherwise you are selling 'Bluetooth' elements that can't be controlled in that way at all?! Please update it
"We have the worst political reporters in the world, worthless lickspittles, holding a ruined system together with their saliva." That's still my favourite.
Team I need urgent help.
A few wks before Xmas our landlord has told us to leave the land we’ve been renting for almost 4 years now. Without land we cannot be flower farmers.
We’re looking for land in or around County Durham NE England. About 1 acre. Pls RT
Companies spend shareholders’ money to lobby policymakers, so shareholders have a right - an obligation to ensure that this lobbying aligns with the investors’ larger goals, Lisa Hayles of @TrilliumAG tells #PRIinPerson
Loads of interest in progressing diversity in our own industry at #PRIinPerson @PRI_News - AODC led by asset owners support by Asset Manager - get in touch with @Price_RI to find out more. @BrunelPP
@areadersreviewb@susiesymes1@YorkStJohn Yes, thought similar when I read that this morning: really really shocking that they could be aware of his situation and know that yes he had complied correctly with the paperwork, and yet still mark him as a non-registration as if that was his own choice. Absent any duty of care
@MuseumoftheHome hi - I live locally so often pass by & absolutely don't understand why the lights are always on during daytime? Surely a big waste of resource as well as money (pretty sure on-site renewable didn't form any part of the renovations). Could you get them adjusted?!

Leaving people to try and cope on their own will have long-term consequences, for them and the economy. Already we're seeing a rising number of people too unwell to work due to mental ill health. (Green is 50-64s, blue is 16-34s, red is 35-49s) https://t.co/MABZVeFogB
Again, @sarahoconnor_ proving herself a first-rate journalist @FT#Mentalhealth demands more attention from employers & the state, as the alternative is deeply ingrained, chronic ill health and ~gasp~ impacts on productivity #DecentWork#CostOfLivingCrisis https://t.co/531YP4VP1H
Admirable restraint from Jason Lee, who was subjected to relentless harassment due to 90s 'comedy' sketch. Absolutely spot on re the need for solidarity, & that defending the downtrodden can't & shouldn't just be limited to those who share similar characteristics to oneself
Since finishing my playing and coaching career, my work has been focused on diversity and inclusion. I believe we must all do the work to better understand the experiences of others, which is why I am committed to allyship for all communities facing discrimination. (8/9)
10. This attitude is endemic in social housing, I worked for three providers, all claimed to have the tenant at the heart of their enterprise, all purely focused on cutting corners and costs and all had an undercurrent of classism, xenophobia, racism and contempt for tenants.
@EdwardHarkins From own experience & also what I've seen of others', unfort this isn't an outlier. Behaviours described by @HousingOmbuds are directly transferable even if name were substituted for my own housing assoc (or numerous others). This culture & failure is endemic #TogetherWithTenants
@Simplicitly Agreed! Echoed in my six years as a shared-owner & well over five of eyes being wide open to how dreadful the system is, and how deep and widespread the poor practice. Nobody seems genuinely committed to really listening nor to delivering meaningful change: not my HA, nor others
Excellent critique on the dangers of 'merry-go-rounds of self congratulation': "The defining feature of... the #SocialHousing sector’s response to each of these clarion calls... is to suppose that criticism or the need to change does not apply to them or the orgs they work in."
@FirmlyEU@JSimpsonjourno Shared owners can do "repairs in own flat" too: unless you have a freehold it sounds like you're still in the same camp as them I.e. a leaseholder dependent on Housing association (FH) for permissions and communal/external works
