Some observations and thoughts on $CREX ahead of tomorrow’s quarterly results release. Since the start of the year, $CREX has doubled. Is there still room for further appreciation in the near term, or should we be cautious of potential headwinds? A 🧵

For full disclosure, I have been long $CREX since mid-2023. In light of the above recent developments, I have trimmed a substantial portion of my position earlier today ahead of the earnings call.

Could there be risks in executing locally, prompting management to pursue international opportunities to enhance the growth story? A likely key topic in tomorrow’s earnings call would be on growth plans in both regions, required resources, and expected timelines.

While that seems like a large amount, this is only ~25% more vs. current value. The above is a high level est. but with a 400% increase in hashrate, assuming mgmt. team is able to execute well (as they have done historically), this feels like a net benefit rather than a negative

Assuming the issuance is done at $10, 50m new shares are created to raise $500m. For share price to remain the same, equity value needs to increase by the same amount i.e. investors need to believe that the above expansion can generate incremental $500m value for $CLSK.
