@tcareercoach Be realistic about how long it takes to accomplish each of the myriad tasks piled on our plates and create teaching schedules with built in time to accomplish them. The industry of school is built on the assumption and expectation that I will donate hours of my own time for free.

@JustinAion @MrsMathTeachr It is not appropriate to expect full membership unless the school is paying for the cost of membership. It is unreasonable to ever expect teachers to spend their own money for work related events that are not of their choice.
