@ASFleischman One of my first cases was repping a guy at mediation who (allegedly) forged a quit claim deed for his grandmother's house and sold it to a developer. The notary claimed her stamp had been stolen and she never signed it, so I don't think wet signatures prove much.

@ASFleischman We spend thousands a year in cancelled check fees that we send to doctors and co counsel bc they get lost with USPS. I’d estimate 10-15% of our first class mail just never shows up. Some of our regular docs now send us FedEx or UPS labels now to avoid delayed payments.
