@citizentvkenya @TrevorOmbija Reduction of emissions in Africa is of no concern at the moment our biggest issue is Adaptation , loss and damage finance .we emit less than 3.8% of the Global GHG So honestly speaking Global North is responsible for the mitigation ..Africa has to industrialise! We are suffering!
