We are excited to go outside the space station in a few weeks. We are preparing now by setting up our tools, working on our spacesuits, and studying procedures and contingencies.

Today I helped my wife clean out her 1st grade classroom after 30 years of teaching at a very high level. She’s the type of teacher every child deserves. Looking around the empty classroom I was reminded how special classroom teachers are.
