@gaparv Everyone having their own models is the source of all e-health misery today. The only long term way out is models created by the domain, not by IT stds bodies. In @openEHR we try to take this seriously via archetypes. These provide a comprehensive model at the API.

Doctors in India decided to monitor moderate risk COVID +ve patients in makeshift wards. Since hospital beds are scarce, they shift them only when the risk is severe. Built and deployed an EHR in 2 weeks for 1000 in-patients at $25/month.

@omowizard @lawley But who's going to do all the modelling of these building blocks? openEHR has a CKM dedicated to hundreds of these already! IMO, Its just easier to capture clinical content separately using openEHR and then map is to FHIR and capture the business logic directly as FHIR resources.
