Update: offered rebooking: all 20% cheaper and not even in same town. Crazy. I’m not a whale- but have spent some $ there. Only given positive reviews on properties till now.

Any recommendations for a solution for creating investment/real estate letter (report really) that we communicate with investors our progress, setbacks, financials, etc. using ms word/excel and we’re financial/real estate folks- not formatters….
