In 1989 after my father tragically passed away at the age of 45.

My Mom LAID over the casket the same way.

GUESS WHAT.

We were in a room ALONE.
My Mom, My Brother, and Myself. My Mom was 45, my brother 22, I was 17.

This was family time before thousands of people would come through as my father was dearly beloved and I had a huge family.

This was the first of only 2 times we would be alone to physically see my father again. That moment and on the last day after everyone left and then on to the cemetery.

NO CAMERA’s-No Effects. Just sadness the likes of which I cannot put into words. The picture we took….was with our minds. Forever etched that way!!

I am almost convinced at this point Tyler Robinson never set foot on UVU that day. The only evidence that was on UVU with his fingerprints was a screwdriver that they first said was in bushes. Now Officer Bagley testified that his camera magically went dead right before he found that said screwdriver on the roof.

They have no other fingerprints identified on campus as Tyler’s. Even the railing we have video of him grabbing his fingerprints couldn’t be identified on.

Seal 6 Navy vet, Robert O’Neill, said last week in an interview that the screwdriver found could not be used to take apart Tyler’s gun.

An officer even testified that they do not have evidence of Tyler Robinson’s license plate. They have an image of partial license plate numbers. They said they are simply going by make and model.

What I find scary is many aren’t looking into the facts. They are simply taking proven federal assets words, like Jack Posobiec, who FALSELY claim they saw Tyler Robinson in crystal clear 4D video that doesn’t exist.

According to ATF ballistics analysis in the Charlie Kirk case (publicly referenced in court filings), the bullet jacket fragment recovered from the autopsy could **not** be conclusively identified or excluded as having been fired from the rifle seized and linked to Tyler Robinson. The result was inconclusive, largely because the bullet was damaged/fragmented on impact with bone.

Other evidence (DNA on the rifle/casings, casings match, surveillance, witness statements) is part of the ongoing prosecution. Ballistics alone did not provide a conclusive match on the bullet.
